Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
Maintain accurate customer records in the company CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues
Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Shipping, and Technical Support
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required
